The Good Shepherd is a very good movie with Matt Damon, Angelina Jonie, Alec Baldwin and Robert de Niro[also the director of the movie].The movie starts with the dramatic failure of American intelligence service during the Bay of Pigs invasion on Cuba due to a leak[which is not still identified today].
Anyway, Matt Damon's character is in charge of the operation and he now has to find the leak. Flashback to his collage days, his early days in US counter-intelligence units shows his background to us.
The movie lights the foundation days of CIA and also there is very nice cat&mice game between US&USSR intelligence services.
I strongly recommend this one to everyone interested in spy movies.
